I started weight training 8 years ago. I was skinny and it was very difficult for me to gain weight, let alone building muscles seemed impossible to me. I just wanted to build little muscles at that time, so my coach encouraged me to start training my body and the rest is history.
According to me, the most important thing is to make your mind and stay dedicated towards the end. Being a personal and online trainer I’ve spent 2/3rd of my life in the gym, training people, understanding their body, how to motivate them and most importantly getting them results.
For me fitness is not a 3 or 6 months plan, it is a lifestyle! & I aim at changing your lifestyle!
